Report a wrong calculation
This is the most useful message you can send. Include the gross monthly salary you entered, your age band, marital status and number of children, whether SOCSO was on, the figure GajiWise showed, and the figure on your payslip. With those six items a mismatch can usually be traced to a specific rule in a single pass.
Privacy and account data
To delete your account, export the data held against it, or ask what was stored, email hello@gajiwise.com from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and what is sent to the external language model provider during AI analysis.
Bugs and feature requests
Bugs, broken layouts, and feature ideas can go to the same inbox, or to the public repository at https://github.com/Kaiyen725. Screenshots and the browser you used make these much faster to fix.

GajiWise is operated from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Replies are sent during Malaysian business hours (MYT, UTC+8).

We cannot give personalised tax, legal, or investment advice, act for you with LHDN, KWSP, or PERKESO, or resolve a dispute with your employer. For those, speak to a licensed tax agent or the relevant agency directly.
