Service

GajiWise provides salary estimates, a monthly budget, an EPF outlook, a salary-growth path, an emergency-fund readout, and car and house affordability checks for personal planning in Malaysia. Results are estimates only. They are not official LHDN, KWSP, or PERKESO software and are not professional tax, legal, or financial advice.

Loan and affordability figures

Car figures use Malaysian hire-purchase flat interest on the financed amount. House figures use a reducing-balance housing loan. Running costs (such as petrol, maintenance, or assessment) are planning defaults you can edit.

These are not a bank offer, a loan approval, or a quotation. Legal fees, stamp duty, MRTA/MLTA, and lender-specific rules are extra and are not a complete cash-at-purchase estimate. Confirm anything you will borrow with the bank or lender.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated scraping or repeated limit evasion.

Plans and limits

Free and Plus plans have different limits for saved snapshots, budget rows, CSV export, and daily AI analyses. Features may change as the product develops.

AI features

AI insights are optional. When you run them, salary and budget numbers are sent to an external LLM provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Model output can be wrong or incomplete. Always check suggestions against your own payslip and advisors before making money decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break authentication, probe other users' data, overload the API, or use GajiWise to send spam or phishing through our email flows.

Liability

GajiWise is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made from estimates, affordability checks, AI suggestions, or downtime beyond what applicable law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
